Green Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 chopped onion
8 oz. grated cheese
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 to 1 can evaporated milk
10 to 12 corn tortillas
Preparation

Fry ground chuck with onion.
Mix soup, chilies and milk. Dip tortilla in mixture over top of layers.
Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
