Andrew'S Granny'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli flowerets
    1 bunch chopped celery
    chopped onion
    crumbled bacon
    1 can water chestnuts
    frozen peas
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar
Preparation
    Chop up ingredients.
    Use your own discretion as to amount. In separate bowl, mix about 1 cup mayonnaise, teaspoon or more of sugar and teaspoon or more of vinegar to taste.
    Add to taste. Mix with rest of ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1/2 day. Remember, the dressing is to coat lightly, not heavy.
