Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 lb. potatoes
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    2 c. Cheez-Its crackers
    2 c. Velveeta, cubed
    3/4 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender all the way through, then cube. Pour the milk in the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Place boiled potatoes on top of milk. Add cheese, flour and pepper and mix well. Sprinkle the top with crushed Cheez-Its crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
