Three Quarter-Cup Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Italian seasoning
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Dredge chicken parts in flour.
    Place on a wire rack on pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
