Peanut Butter Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 unbeaten egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pkg. Hershey chocolate kisses
Preparation
    Sift together flour, soda and salt; set aside.
    Cream together butter and peanut butter.
    Gradually add sugar and brown sugar. Cream well, then add egg and vanilla.
    Blend in dry ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Shape into balls, roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 8 minutes, then remove and put on chocolate kisses.
    Press firmly.
    Bake again for 2 to 5 minutes. Makes about 36 cookies.
