Now Famous Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 medium onion, grated
1 clove garlic, pressed (can substitute garlic powder)
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. strawberry preserves

Preparation

Combine ingredients with the exception of strawberry preserves.
Chill; mold into ring.
Fill ring with preserves.
