Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O or cherry Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can strawberry or cherry pie filling
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O, water, pineapple (drained) and pie filling.
    Chill until set.
    Mix sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of set salad.
    Chill until ready to serve.
