Lemon Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small can Carnation milk
1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs

Preparation

Melt butter. Add sugar and flour and 1/2 the milk.
Break egg in other half of milk and set aside.
Add potatoes last to make 2 pies.
Use shallow pan or 1 large pie shell. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
