Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. strawberries, sliced
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
    2 baked pie shells
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bring cold water to a boil and add sugar and cornstarch.
    Mix and thicken, then add gelatin.
    Put strawberries in pie shells. Pour mix over strawberries.
    Fill in cracks between strawberries. Add Cool Whip when serving.
    Makes 2 pies.
