Ground Beef Patties With Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. diced Swiss or Cheddar (about 1/4 lb.)
    4 slices mild Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tomato
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper, parsley and eggs. Divide into four parts.
    Shape each into a ball and flatten slightly.
    Place into baking dish and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is done to your liking.
