Tomato Cheese Bagels(For Lunch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deli bagel (for each person)
    4 American cheese slices
    garden tomato slices or tomato sauce
    oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Slice bagel the long way into 4 slices.
    Lightly toast the four slices in the toaster.
    Place the toasted slices on a sheet of aluminum foil.
    Top 2 bagel slices with tomato slices or tomato sauce when tomatoes are not in season.
    Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
    Top all 4 slices with American cheese.
    Place under the broiler until cheese has melted.
    Remove and put the 4 quarters together to make two sandwiches.
