Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
2 small cans green chili peppers
1 can whole kernel corn
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. grated cheese
1 pkg. tortillas, quartered
1 can hot enchilada sauce
Preparation

Brown meat with everything except corn, tortillas and cheese. Put in a large dish in layers, beginning with meat on the bottom, then corn, then tortillas and ending with cheese on top.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Better if refrigerated overnight and then cooked.
If you do not like it very hot, you can use mild enchilada sauce and omit the chili peppers.
