Liverwurst Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. liverwurst
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. milk
    dash of hot pepper sauce (Tabasco)
Preparation
    Beat liverwurst, 1/2 of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons milk, onion, chili powder and garlic salt until smooth.
    Form in ball. Place on plate.
    Whip remaining cream cheese with 1 tablespoon milk and pepper sauce; spread over liverwurst.
    Chill until firm. Serve with crackers.
