Silage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large green pepper
    8 oz. kielbasa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 medium potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Stir in potatoes (unpeeled and coarsely chopped), green pepper (chopped), large onion (chopped), kielbasa (cut into bite-sized pieces), corn, salt and pepper.
    Cook, covered, in skillet over medium heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese, shredded.
    Makes 8 servings.
