Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. sweet milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
    Add milk, egg and cooking oil. Mix until large lumps disappear.
    Have skillet over medium-low heat.
    Pour about 1/4 batter for each pancake.
    Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown.
    Makes about 10 to 12 pancakes.
