Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Sift together first 5 ingredients.
    Add oil and eggs one at a time.
    Beat Well.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Bake 45-50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
