Lemon Marinade For Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. lemon juice
6 Tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper (cracked preferred)
2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts or thighs
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together in 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
Place chicken in marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Leftover marinade can be used to baste chicken during cooking time.
Chicken may be grilled or broiled.
