String Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French-style green beans
    1/2 lb. cheese
    1/2 box Ritz crackers
    1 onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook juice out of beans.
    Simmer onion in butter and drain (saving butter).
    In bottom of casserole, put beans.
    Layer onions and 1/2 of the cheese.
    Add soup, then rest of cheese and crushed crackers.
    Pour melted butter on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
