Geri Morris' Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
Preparation
-
Drop 1 vanilla wafer into the bottom of a cupcake paper or foil tin.
Mix the remaining ingredients with a beater.
Fill the cups 2/3 full on top of the wafers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Let cool and top with cherry pie filling.
