Pumpkin Pie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves or 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick oleo, melted
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix the eggs, sugar, salt, spices and evaporated milk with pumpkin.
Pour this mixture into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over all.
Sprinkle nuts over top, then drizzle melted oleo over all.
Ready to bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or longer until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
