Party Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. or 12 white potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
Preparation

Peel, cut and boil the potatoes.
Mash and season with salt, pepper and margarine.
Mix in sour cream and softened cream cheese.
Mix well.
Put in casserole and refrigerate until ready to use or overnight.
(Can be frozen.)
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
You can use low-fat ingredients.
