Baked Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can white wine or substitute another can consomme
    1 c. brown rice
    1/2 cube butter or oleo
    water chestnuts, onion, pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in baking dish and bake uncovered 1 hour at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Delicious and very easy.
