Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cooked zucchini
    1/2 stick margarine (1/4 c.)
    1 egg
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
    Place in ungreased casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes at 425\u00b0.
