Joann'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) macaroni or small shell macaroni
4 Tbsp. butter
2 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook macaroni.
Drain and put back into pan.
Add butter, milk, salt, pepper and 1 1/4 cups cheese.
Stir until mixture is smooth.
Put macaroni into greased baking pan.
Divide bread crumbs in half, stir into macaroni.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle on remaining cheese and bread crumbs; broil for 1 minute or until brown.
