Enchilada Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
    1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can (10 oz.) hot enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, pork sausage, seasoning mix, egg and onion; mix well and shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place meatballs in a large skillet and brown on all sides.
    Drain off fat.
    Combine enchilada sauce, soups and cheese.
    Pour over cooked meatballs. Bring to slow boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
