Petite Cherry Cheesecakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
cherry pie filling
Preparation

Beat all ingredients except wafers and pie filling.
Line cupcake liners with one wafer each and pour mixture in.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
To serve, top with cherry pie filling.
