Low-Fat Chili Fries - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp. canola or olive oil
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden.
