Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell
3 lightly beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1/2 tsp. salt, kosher if possible
1/4 tsp. black pepper
pinch of nutmeg
1 can lump crabmeat, drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation

Line pie shell with foil and bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Reduce heat to 325 degrees.
