Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 large onions
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 regular bottle ketchup
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 lb. chuck roast or sirloin tip
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and cook on top of stove until meat is very tender.
    Remove meat from sauce and shred with fork.
    Put back into sauce and bake 1 to 6 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Serve on buns.
