Zucchini Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. zucchini, grated and squeezed dry
    1 c. carrots, grated
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. bran cereal
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts or 1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease two loaf pans.
