Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. instant pudding (vanilla)
3 1/2 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. margarine
1 box graham crackers
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
-
Beat pudding and milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Line 9 x 13-inch pan with 1 layer crackers and 1 layer of mix.
Add another layer of crackers, 1 layer of pudding, 1 layer of crackers and finally 3 layers of crackers and 2 of mix.
Set aside.
