Ingredients

1 lb. pecans
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Beat egg white and water until fluffy (not stiff).
Stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon.
Add pecans; stir until pecans are coated.
Spread onto pan and bake at 200\u00b0 for 45 minutes (or until not sticky).
Stir every 15 minutes.
When cool, store in airtight container.
