Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    4 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 sticks butter, melted
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 can cream celery soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/2 to 1 c. onion, diced
    1/2 to 1 c. celery, diced
Preparation
    Boil chicken; cool then shred. Mix Ritz crackers and melted butter. Saute onion and celery together with butter. Spread 1/2 of cracker mix along bottom of 9 x 13 casserole. Mix chicken, soups, sour cream and celery/onion mix together. Pour over crackers. Spread rest of cracker mix on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
