Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal mix
    1/2 c. flour
    1 stick melted butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 to 2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, flour, sugar and egg.
    Slowly add enough buttermilk to make a creamy batter.
    Next, stir in butter.
    Grease large black skillet and pour in batter.
    Bake in \"hot\" oven at 475\u00b0 until golden brown.
