Hot Chicken Stroganoff Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. rice mix
    2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 c. sliced celery
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cashews (optional)
Preparation
    In skillet cook rice mix according to package directions.
    Add chicken and celery.
    Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and salt. Stir in chicken-rice mixture.
    Cook and stir over low heat until mixture heats.
