White Cloud Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 to 10 medium potatoes, cooked and peeled
4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/4 c. milk, added as needed
Preparation
-
In large bowl, whip potatoes while warm.
Add ingredients as listed.
Continue whipping until fluffy.
Place in dish that can be heated in oven or microwave.
Heat and serve.
