Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, sliced or shredded
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook zucchini in a little water until it boils.
    Let simmer until tender.
    It will shrink down to 2 cups.
    Drain well.
    Cool. Add rest of ingredients.
    Put in pie crust.
    Add top crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
