Tato Flake Cheese Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. Pillsbury mashed potato flakes
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    3 to 3 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Combine potato flakes, butter, sugar, salt, cayenne pepper and boiling water with evaporated milk added to it.
    Blend in Cheddar cheese, unbeaten egg and softened yeast.
    Gradually add flour to form a soft dough, beating well. Cover with Saran Wrap and let rise in a warm place until light, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
