Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. juice beets were cooked in (water may be added to make enough)
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    2 c. white sugar
    1 stick cinnamon, broken up
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Add 1 gallon cooked beets and bring to boil again.
    Pack in jars and seal.
