Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. strawberries
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in a blender.
    Place in a saucepan.
    Add 1 cup water and heat to simmering.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour into bowl.
    Chill.
    Serve as an appetizer or a dessert.
