Cheddar Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sifted flour
    4 eggs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 2 cookie sheets.
    Combine milk, water, oleo and seasonings in large saucepan.
    Bring to full rolling boil.
    Add flour, all at once, stirring vigorously with wooden spoon until mixture forms a thick, smooth ball that leaves sides of pan clean.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with a wooden spoon after each addition until paste is smooth and shiny.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    Drop by teaspoon 1 inch apart.
    Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Turn off oven. Prick in several places with a fork.
    Let stand in oven 5 minutes.
