Prunella Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cooked prunes
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, adding prunes last.
    Bake in layers at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
