Zwiebelkuchen(German Onion Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe pizza crust
    2 or 3 medium onions, finely chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    6 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Roll out dough on pizza pan.
    Cook onions in butter until clear, not brown; cool.
    Spread on dough.
    Sprinkle with cumin, salt, pepper and bacon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Fold egg yolk into sour cream.
    Pour over pastry.
    Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or more, until golden brown. Cool and slice.
