Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 onion, chopped
    1 beaten egg
    1 grated potato
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    garlic salt or seasoning salt
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 soup cans water
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, seasoning as desired with salt, pepper or seasoning salt.
    Roll into small balls.
    Brown in cooking oil in skillet.
    When meat balls are done, mix soup and water.
    Pour over meat balls.
    Serve over rice.
