Potato And Onion Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 medium or large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
    4 medium onions, diced
    6 large eggs
    1/4 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil over medium heat until hot in frying pan.
    Fry potatoes in one layer until golden and tender.
    Remove potatoes with slotted spoon to plate.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onions in pan about 15 minutes.
    Butter pie plate.
