Liver With Apples And Onions(Stove Top) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices calf liver (about 1 lb.)
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    3 medium onions, peeled and sliced
    2 apples, cored, cut into rings 1/2-inch thick
Preparation
    Dry the liver.
    Saute onions in 3 tablespoons margarine. Remove onion rings and saute apples until they are cooked through, but not mushy (about 2 to 3 minutes on each side).
    Remove apples.
    Saute liver about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
    Place on platter and top with onions and apples.
    Serves 4.
