Rhubarb-Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. diced rhubarb
    1 small (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together. Add egg. Beat thoroughly and add rhubarb and pineapple. Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0 and reduce to 350\u00b0. Bake approximately 35 more minutes or until golden brown.
