Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins or walnuts
Preparation
    Mix eggs, brown sugar, sugar, zucchini, salad oil and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda.
    Add salt, baking powder, cinnamon and raisins or walnuts.
    Grease and flour two loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Good warm or cold with butter, jam or cheese.
