Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. flour
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Boil butter and water together.
    While boiling, add 1 cup flour; let it cool some.
    Stir in unbeaten eggs.
    Stir until all lumps are gone.
    Drop on greased baking sheet.
    Use one teaspoon for small ones or a good tablespoon for large ones.
    Bake in a hot (450\u00b0) oven for 25 minutes.
    Cut tops off to fill.
    May fill with cornstarch pudding or small ones may be filled with salad, chicken or crab.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
