Orange Blossoms (Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks, beaten (save egg whites)
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    juice and rind of 2 lemons and 2 oranges
Preparation
    Combine yolks and sugar.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar/egg mixture alternating with water.
    Add vanilla and fold in egg whites.
    Grease small muffin tins and fill 2/3 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and dip (not soak) in sugar/juice mixture.
